2. What are the basic types of oil used in hydropower stations

due to different equipment characteristics, requirements and working conditions, the electromechanical equipment of hydropower station needs to use oil products with various characteristics, including lubricating oil and insulating oil

(L) lubricating oil:

1) turbine oil: generally there are hu-22, hu-30, hu-46 and hu-57

2) machine oil: generally, there are three kinds of hj-10, hj-20 and HJ-30

3) compressor oil: there are HS-13 and hs-19

4) grease. Commonly known as butter

(2) insulating oil:

1) transformer oil: DB-10 and db-25 are commonly used

2) switching oil: Du - 45 is commonly used

3) cable oil: dl-38, dl-66 and dl-110 are commonly used

3. What are the main methods of oil purification

according to the degree of pollution, oil can be divided into dirty oil and waste oil

dirty oil: oil that is slightly degraded or polluted by water and mechanical impurities can still be used after simple mechanical purification

waste oil: the deeply deteriorated oil cannot be restored to its original properties by simple mechanical purification method. Only chemical or physical methods can be used to restore the original physical and chemical properties of the oil. This method is called oil regeneration

the commonly used mechanical purification methods are:

(1) sedimentation: the oil is in a static state for a long time, and the water and mechanical impurities in the oil gradually volatilize and settle down with the passage of time. Its advantage is that the equipment is simple and cheap, and there is no damage to the oil. The disadvantages are that it takes a long time, the purification is incomplete, and some acidic and soluble impurities cannot be removed

(2) pressure filtration: pressurize the oil through the filter paper, and use the adsorption and blocking effect of the capillary of the filter paper to separate water and mechanical impurities from the oil

(3) vacuum filtration; According to the different vaporization temperatures of oil and water, heat the oil to increase the oil temperature to 50 ~ 70 ℃, and press it into the vacuum tank to atomize it. At this time, oil, water and gas are separated. Then the steam and gas are sucked out by the vacuum pump to achieve the purpose of degassing and water removal. Its disadvantage is that it cannot remove mechanical impurities

4. What problems should be paid attention to in operating oil regeneration

(1) regeneration of operating oil can give full play to the maintenance role of operating oil and maintain good quality of operating oil for a long time. When the oil has deteriorated and the oil regeneration in operation is carried out, it can be carried out only when the acid value is low. If the acid value of oil is high, it will not get good results, but will produce a large amount of sludge sediment in the oil system. Therefore, the smaller the acid value of oil in operation, the safer the regeneration of oil

(2) the particles of adsorbent should not be too small, and 3-8mm coarse pore particles should be used. The dosage of adsorbent is 0.5% - 1.5% of oil. In addition, the gas in the adsorbent should be removed before use

(3) before turbine oil regeneration, remove the water in the oil, otherwise the regeneration effect and economy will be affected

(4) the installation of the adsorber should minimize the bending of the pipeline, and the oil system should ensure normal circulation

5. What are the main functions of setting the oil system

the main functions of setting oil equipment are as follows:

(L) receiving new oil: including receiving new oil and sampling test. The new oil is transported by gravity or pressure. Each time a new oil arrives, it is generally necessary to conduct all tests according to the standards of transparent oil and insulating oil

(2) reserve clean oil: store qualified and sufficient standby oil so that the accident requires full oil change or normal loss replenishment

(3) oil filling of equipment: oil filling is required for newly installed units, after equipment overhaul or after the discharge of degraded oil from the equipment

(4) add oil to the operating equipment: add an appropriate amount of oil to the oil loss in the operating equipment

(5) drain the dirty oil from the equipment: during equipment maintenance, drain the dirty oil in the equipment into the operating oil tank of the oil depot

(6) purification of waste oil: remove the water and mechanical impurities in the oil through the filter press or vacuum oil filter

(7) oil supervision and maintenance: monitor and analyze new oil, and regularly inspect operating oil

after development

(8) collection and preservation of waste oil: waste oil is collected by brand, stored in a special oil tank, and sent to the oil management department for regeneration

6. What are the components of the oil system

In addition, the oil system uses pipes to connect the oil equipment with oil storage equipment and oil treatment equipment to form an oil service system. Its composition includes:

(4) oil regeneration equipment: hydropower stations are usually only equipped with adsorbers

(5) pipe: connect the oil equipment with the oil treatment room and other parts to form the oil service system

(6) measuring and control elements: used to monitor and control the operation of oil equipment. Such as temperature annunciator, oil level annunciator, oil-water mixture annunciator, etc

7. What are the basic requirements for fire protection of oil system

(1) fire safety distance between oil depot and other buildings: the distance to adjacent houses shall not be less than 20m; Not less than 20m to productive buildings; The distance to the railway center line shall not be less than 50m; The distance to the center line of oil unloading and loading dedicated railway shall not be less than 12m; Not less than 15m to the edge of soil foundation of bus road; For underground oil depots, the above distance can be reduced by 50%. The above distance of semi underground oil depot can be reduced by 25%

(2) the oil depot of the hydropower station may not be equipped with accident oil ground, but the equipment layout of the oil system shall meet the following requirements: 1) there shall be no more than two oil depots in the plant, and the total volume of oil tanks in a single oil depot shall not exceed 200m3

2) the oil depot and oil processing room should be equipped with two safety exits, and the safety exits should be equipped with outward fire doors

3) firewalls shall be used to separate the oil depot, oil treatment room and other rooms, and 20 ~ 30cm high doorsill shall be used for the emergency exit of the oil depot. Oil and water drainage measures shall be provided in the oil depot. The oil depot should adopt water spray fire extinguishing device, or other fire extinguishing facilities at the same time

4) the oil depot and oil treatment room shall be equipped with independent ventilation system and explosion-proof ventilation equipment with an air change rate of no less than 6 times per hour. Explosion proof lamps are used for lighting

5) the top of the oil tank and the ceiling of the oil treatment room should be equipped with a fire-proof water spray head, and its operating valve should be placed in a safe place outdoors. (end)
